Clarrity is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle user data in connection with the Clarrity browser extension.

Data Collection & Use

Clarrity processes message text, uploaded images, and voice recordings solely to provide AI-powered analysis and reply suggestions.

Message content is sent to our secure Cloudflare Worker proxy for processing via the Claude API and is not stored on any server after the response is delivered.

User preferences, action items, and analysis history are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and are never transmitted to external servers.

We Do Not

Sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties
Use collected data to determine creditworthiness or for any credit-related decisions
Use collected data for lending purposes or to assess eligibility for loans, insurance, or similar financial products
Track your browsing history, keystrokes, or activity outside of the extension
Use cookies or third-party analytics trackers within the extension

Data Retention

All user-generated data (actions, settings, analysis history) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or using the extension's built-in data management options.
